How to buy crypto in Spain to play at a casino
Guide · Deposits
No crypto casino takes euros directly. With an exchange account, one transfer and ten minutes you will have USDT or Bitcoin in the cashier: here is the route, what it costs and the safety rules.
Every casino in the crypto casinos in Spain ranking keeps its balances in cryptocurrency. So the first step is turning euros into a coin the cashier accepts. It sounds technical, but it is always the same handful of steps. This guide follows the route most players in Spain use: euros → exchange → casino.

The route in five steps
- An exchange account. Open and verify one on a platform that operates in Spain.
- Put euros in. By SEPA transfer, by card or, where the exchange allows it, by Bizum.
- Buy the coin. USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin, on the spot market.
- Send it to the casino. Same coin and same network as the cashier; a test first.
- Play and withdraw back along the same road.
Step 1: get the exchange ready
- Register and verify your identity. You will be asked for a DNI or NIE and sometimes a selfie. That is normal and has nothing to do with the casino.
- Turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app, not by SMS.
- Add an anti-phishing code if the exchange offers one, so you can recognise its real emails.
- Bookmark the site and always enter from there.
Step 2: put euros in
| Method | Usual cost | Speed |
|---|---|---|
| SEPA transfer | low or free | minutes to a day |
| Debit or credit card | high (several per cent) | instant |
| Bizum (where the exchange takes it) | low | instant |
For regular deposits, a SEPA transfer is usually the cheapest. A card is convenient for a first small purchase.
Step 3: which coin to buy
- USDT: a steady balance and cheap transfers over TRC-20. The best choice for most people.
- Litecoin: cheap and fast for small deposits.
- Bitcoin: accepted everywhere; better for larger amounts.
- Ethereum: useful if you already hold ETH; watch the gas.
Buy on the exchange's spot market rather than through the quick-buy button: the price difference is usually noticeable. We compare the coins on USDT casinos and Bitcoin casinos.
Step 4: send the crypto to the casino
- In the casino cashier pick the coin and the network.
- Copy the address with the copy button; if there is a memo or tag, copy that too.
- At the exchange pick Withdraw → coin → send to an external address.
- Paste the address and pick the same network.
- Check the fee and the amount that will arrive: it has to clear the cashier's minimum.
- Send a small test first; once it lands, send the rest.
What the whole route costs
| Step | Cost | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Putting euros in by SEPA | usually free | low |
| Buying on spot | a trading fee, around 0.1% | low |
| Withdrawing to the casino | a fixed fee per network | depends on the network |
| Withdrawing from the casino | the cashier's network fee | low |
| Selling for euros and taking them out by SEPA | a trading fee and sometimes a withdrawal fee | low |
Buy with a card and send Bitcoin on a busy day and those costs multiply. The detail is on networks and fees.
Step 5: back to euros
- At the casino, ask for the withdrawal to your exchange address on a network it accepts.
- When it lands, sell for euros on the spot market.
- Withdraw the euros to your bank account by SEPA.
Safety rules
- Never share your password, your 2FA codes or your seed phrase.
- Be suspicious of anyone offering “cheaper” crypto over WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Do not use other people's accounts to pay or to receive.
- Check every address before you confirm a transfer.
And before the first deposit, set a budget: responsible play.
